RESOLUTION

1. Open regedit and locate 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList'
2. Under the ProfileList subkey, delete any subkey that is named SID.bak
